Bush lowest ever on AP Poll - so is Congress.

Bush is at 30%. Congress is at 22%.

CBS poll has him at 27%.

This shaky economy is taking its toll. I thought it would. He is down about 2% from this time last month in most of the polls on Polling Report.

And only 28% of Republicans actually give him a good rating although about 61% still support him. Only 1 in 10 Democrats give him a good rating.

I'm interested to see if he is going to break the record for the president with the lowest rating for the longest period of time.
