9. and people are surprised?
People rant and rave about the media...and rightfully so...but act so surprised when things are mis-represented, when outright lies are told, when critical events happen and not a peep is mentioned. And now, people are surprised and outraged as if this hasn't been going on for...well for my lifetime. I understand watching it for entertainment value, but I no longer expect to get apples from a pear tree. In my mind watching this stuff and accepting it as even close to reality is the problem.
