13. Went to the store a little later than I usually like to
b/c I was getting a new battery in my car. I don't like to go after 2:30 b/c the stores are more crowded as the people get off work. Today at 3:45 I had no problem finding a close parking place, didn't have to fight people blocking the aisles and didn't have to wait in line to get checked out.
Could it be because eggs are over $2 a dozen (I got 6 for $1.12)? Campbell's cream of mushroom soup went up 20 cents since Christmas time. The only things I bought that weren't higher were cat litter and over the counter meds.
People are feeling the pinch.
