Let's take a look at the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals composition (Siegelman appeal)

Chief Judge - James L. Edmonson (Atlanta, GA) - Appointed by Reagan
Circuit Judge - Gerald B. Tjoflat (Jacksonville, FL) - Transferred from the Fifth (Ford appointee)
Circuit Judge - R. Lanier Anderson III (Macon, GA) - Transferred from the Fifth (Carter apointee)
Circuit Judge - Joel F. Dubina (Montgomery, AL) - Appointed by GHW Bush
Circuit Judge - Susan H. Black (Jacksonville, FL) - Appointed by GHW Bush
Circuit Judge - Edward E. Carnes (Montgomery, AL) - Appointed by GHW Bush
Circuit Judge - Rosemary Barkett (Miami, FL) - Appointed by Clinton
Circuit Judge - Frank M. Hull (Atlanta, GA) - Apppointed by Clinton
Circuit Judge - Charles R. Wilson (Tampa, FL) - Appointed by Clinton
Circuit Judge - Stanley Marcus (Miami, FL) - Appointed by Clinton
Circuit Judge - William H. Pryor (Birmigham, AL) - Appointed by Chimp (should be impeached ASAP)

So we're looking at maybe 6-5 leaning Republicans unless the judges from Ford and Reagan era are a little bit more liberal than expected.

I have a feeling that Siegelman's case will be dismissed with extreme prejudice, sanction Judge Fuller, order judicial investigation on prosecutorial misconduct and order the arrest of Karl Rove and immediately put into USP Florence in Florence, Colorado for questioning, which he will be indicted, found guilty and serving 7-10 years in Admax Florence with the rest of the terrorists.
