41. I'd be a little more generous in the event of
unplanned pregnancies, but I agree on the rest. The whole thing could be grandfathered in. I hapen to think a tax policy should reflect an ideal, with some grace for the slight variations. 18 kids isn't a slight variation. If they can afford to have all of those kids, they can afford them without my indirect support.

I offered such an idea in another threat about the US population growing, and got hammered by someone. I was called a "eugenics" person and told that just because I have 20,000 posts (roughly) and five years on DU that I wasn't a liberal.
