Montana Governor Brian Schweitzer wears bolo ties. Not only that he took a progressive/left message and successfully framed it into a winning bid for Governor of a right-leaning red state. He would balance Obama in many ways. And he's for real - he has passion and he speaks the truth.

I disagree with Schweitzer on some stuff, like guns, but we're not gonna get a perfect VP candidate. In fact, I suspect we'll be lucky just to avoid some milquetoast DLC garbage Governor. I think Schweitzer could bring the same balance to the ticket as the usual "centrist" suspects being bandied about - but without the DLC garbage bags.
Obama / Schweitzer 08 - I even like the sound of it.
