24. Thinking of some of the people in New Orleans, what about the ones
that would like to leave but don't really have any money to do so. If they pile up in someone else's car or bus, where do they go? Will there be enough shelters? I've been reading the Houston chronicle comments on any Gustav news all week and it really upsets me that the majority of the comments say things like "Don't come to Houston" blah blah blah.
