How ever there are a lot of holes and these small changes do very little to help people , that was my point which was to address the bigger no talked about picture sure as caps on insurance payout for the year and allowing small businesses to buy into the lower rates of group plans that larger companies do ofer but the cost i still out of reach for many people and this is proved that the small business even offer insurance at all . The HMO's are far to expensive plus the co pay . It is for profit healthcare.
