BBC-America has Ted Koppel as part of their team. Coverage from 6pm-3am EST.

CBC's ready to go with the US election at 10pm ET. Four hours. Don't be surprised to see the coverage continue beyond 2am if the situation warrants.

I'm sure there are others.

The whole world really is watching.
