What do black people want from the Democrats? [View All]

Okay, the snarky post title was meant to get people to read it.
Black voters have been supporting Democrats for decades and they came out in numbers to elect Obama.
But I sometimes hear that they feel taken for granted by the Democrats. Their loyalty is not rewarded.
I don't disagree that they do deserve consideration, but being a white male I don't presume to know what black people expect in return for their vote.
I hope I don't sound racist here as this is a legitimate subject.
On the other hand, I could tell you what white guys of Jewish background from New York expect.
