47. The children at his school need a field trip, lead by Mr. Bayer

to this man's yard. Since he is a vice principal and there is no single class he teaches to pull out, maybe each class sends 5 representatives to listen to Mr. Bayer describe what he did, for how long, and for what reason. And to apologize to the property owner in public, in front of the kids and one news reporter.

Next day, Mr. Bayer could speak in front of his kids at the school, have an assembly where he discusses better ways to express ones feelings legally, instead of criminally.

Each act, the public apology at the scene of his crime, and the lesson given at the school assembly, would help redeem him at that school, because nobody is gonna give a flying f about his authority to do what vice principals need to do when he is nothing more than a chronic lawbreaker in the kids' eyes.

If he doesn't want to apologize to the guy or the kids, or acknowledge what he did wrong and how to better handle things when you are an adult, then he really doesn't have any business being at that school if he can't set a better example other than one of criminal mischief. Kick his ass out if he isn't willing to apologize and make the situation right - it is nothing more than you'd expect your kid to do if you caught him doing this.
