15. You are clear.
Since you asked, I put "CARE" in caps because that is the goal. I have "coverage." I'm told that it is good "coverage."

I, and my employer, pay quite a bit for that "coverage."

I don't access some of the CARE that I need, because I have no $$ left to spend on deductibles and copays after paying the premium for my "coverage."

I sincerely doubt if I am the only person in the nation who gets less CARE than she should, despite the "coverage."

A problem solved by HR 676.

I'm not going to play games with semantics. I'm not going to pander to the arrogant, the misinformed, or those who would ensure a large underclass while preserving their own status. I'd rather educate them, myself.
