As for the 1 captured terrorist: it's not easy to know how much coming out is reliable information, and how much is what journalists' contacts somewhere in the police/anti-terrorist squad/whatever have heard as rumours, but are passing on as if they were present at the interrogation. Like all major sudden stories, lots of things come out which prove to be inaccurate a few hours or days later. We can speculate here, but none of us really know anything - there's no-one here who has even worked in the Indian police, as far as I know, or dealt with Pakistani terrorists. It's surprising how many people had never heard that Bombay had been renamed to Mumbai. DU isn't really the place to come for knowledgeable speculation on this matter, I'm afraid. We can do a bit of collating from news sources while they speculate, that's all.
