IQ tests are unreliable, inconsistently designed, each carrying various levels of cultural bias, and mostly measure test-taking ability.

As a professional academic raised by a PhD mom, Barack Obama is culturally advantaged in taking IQ tests. The IQ score itself doesn't measure anything worth knowing and isn't even a reliable predictor of how well he'd do on a differently designed IQ test.

The best indicator of how well he'll do as president is how well he did organizing a movement to get himself elected president.
