11. I lean to budget cuts on foreign ehlp. We send billions to other countries instead of investing
in our people. It makes no sense to send billions to, for example, Venezuela, who should have huge surpluses due to their oil revenues but instead are giving away money and oil to the rest of Latin America to buy influence against us. Tax increases may be a necessity to fund our infrastructure, that is the wisest investment that we could make for the future and it provides immediate jobs to our countrymen.
