20. I've watched Dem's back over themselves today trying to appease the RW.
The first thing the RW did was say how sorry they were. They wanted it to be a lunatic, say it wasn't them.

As more came out, because it was obvious that Gifford had Tea Party enemies, they accused the Dem's of being political.

Then they went back on the attack and said Gifford had it coming. The next things I read said for Dem's to expect more of the same.

I understand civility. They see it as weakness and get more aggressive and not less, which is a typical abuser technique when the victim says no.

And they are actually playing the victim now from being accused, another abuser technique.

The most civil Dem's have been the most maligned by the RW. The less civil are attacked by other Dem's.

Sometimes I worry that we've been so battered that we don't know who we are anymore and are just hoping the next blow won't hurt as much as the last.

We are getting abused from the RW and those that should show solidarity with us are not standing up and calling this what it is.

Seriously, this is getting old!
