[Old and In the Way]

A Manhattan Project of decentralized and inefficient (ie labor intensive) energy policies focusing on solar/wind/wave technologies would provide an economic future for the middle-class as well as reduce our strategic dependence on foreign oil. However, I was told in another thread that this idea would kill 30MM people!. Of course, no explanation as to how this would occur. Which leads me to think that this is the right policy to pursue.
