UPDATE: Polling officials seeing steady stream of voters

,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

"We normally get busy before and after work hours but in this one, it's been pretty steady all day long," said Jeff Horvath, an election officer at the Blessed Sacrament Church polling place.

Nearly 500 voters had already turned in their ballots by about 9:30 a.m.

"We're expecting the equivalent of a regular presidential election," Horvath said in regards to the Madison polling place. "Seventy-five to eighty percent is what we are guessing."

Voters are also making that comparison.
