Former Viacom prez follows Stern to satellite

Former Viacom COO Mel Karmazin was named President and CEO of Sirius Satellite Radio, in a move that will re-unite the longtime radio exec with his star employee: Howard Stern. Karmazin, who resigned from Viacom in May after a long-simmering dispute with president and CEO Sumner Redstone, will succeed Joe Clayton, who will remain chairman.
