Four ex-presidents to help lead 9/11 memorial planning
NEW YORK The World Trade Center memorial project has some impressive board members.

New York Governor George Pataki says all four living former presidents have agreed to serve as honorary members on the board of the World Trade Center Memorial Foundation.

In a prepared speech, Pataki says Gerald Ford, Jimmy Carter, George H.W. Bush and Bill Clinton have all agreed come aboard.

Pataki says rebuilding at the World Trade Center site is on schedule. The memorial "Reflecting Absence" is scheduled to open in 2009.

And George W. Bush will serve as honrary member of the board over the landfill where the rubble is.

4. Well, gee...that'll get their names on the plaque, for sure!
Doesn't mean they'll have the slightest input on anything, though.
