Ex-Nanny Sues Radio Personality Don Imus

EW YORK - A former nanny who worked for Don Imus has sued the radio and television personality, claiming he wrongfully fired her, chased her off his New Mexico ranch in the middle of the night, and then trashed her on his radio show.

Nichole C. Mallette, 24, says in court papers that Imus apparently became upset about a small knife that she carried in a sheath on her belt, and about a cap pistol she had brought to the ranch for his 6-year-old son.

She says the boy had told her he had permission to play with cap guns at the ranch but the lawsuit, filed Monday, says she never gave the cap pistol to the boy.

Mallette is seeking unspecified damages, saying she was wrongfully terminated, defamed and subjected to intentional emotional distress. Her lawsuit names Imus, his wife, NBC, MSNBC and Westwood One.

like he is disturbed...He just didn't seem like a well adjusted child to me....He seemed to by constantly trying for his father's attention and his dad seemed to pretend it wasn't happening....:shrug:

11. New Age Girls gone wrong!

Anyone who knows the rich whites living out fantasy new age lives in and around Santa Fe knows instantly what happened.

She wasn't "disarmed" - she was thoughtful enough to bring "cowboys and indians" stuff that she deemed appropriate to the theme. The wife found out and freaked because these are "implements of violence"! Imus was drawn in and had to follow the orders his snatch gave him. So they toss the girl out to door at 4:30 AM, leaving her effectively stranded in the middle of nowhere.

These fucking people are sick sick assholes and I am glad Imus is finally getting a healthy dose of what he deserves. Fucking pussywhipped prick!
