Bush overcomes Osama for Turner Prize (often given for questionable art)
An exhibit featuring a film about US President George W Bush's home town in Texas won the Turner Prize on Monday, Britain's most prestigious art award, pipping other entries, including a recreation of Osama Bin Laden's house as a video game.

Jeremy Deller (38) a British artist was announced the winner ahead of three shortlisted rivals at the Tate Britain gallery in central London and will take home a cheque for 25,000 pounds.

Previous winners have included the Virgin Mary as displayed in elephant dung and something else as done in, I believe, sheep entrails.

1. Loved that they mentioned the bats.
Reminded me of the saying, "Like a bat out of Hell."

2. Oh, I loved the fact he interviewed a Waco siege survivor.
I have spoken to Branch Davidians before, it was a very odd off the wall conversation. What better way to represent our Presidents home town.
