Report: Jackson Prints Found on Porn Mags

Dec 11, 10:01 PM (ET)

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. (AP) - Fingerprints belonging to both Michael Jackson and the boy accusing him of child molestation were found on pornographic magazines seized from Jackson's Neverland ranch last year, the Santa Barbara News-Press reported Saturday, citing sources it did not identify.
<snip>

If the reported evidence is admitted during Jackson's trial, prosecutors would be expected to argue that the fingerprints were proof that Jackson showed the boy pornographic literature before molesting him. But the defense could question whether the entertainer knew the boy had been leafing through the magazines.

According to the newspaper, the boy and his brother often visited Neverland when Jackson wasn't home.

33. Well, I hope the pornographic magazines in your house...
...don't have the fingerprints of children who have accused you of molesting them on them.

3. Funny how they do not have names
"The newspaper did not describe the magazines' contents except to say they contained pornography."

Sounds like Playboy.

6. ugh. what does it matter? i think a lot of people wouldn't believe this
poor kid unless there was a video to prove it happened. unfortunately charges are never even brought in the great majority of these cases becasue sex crimes are so hard to prove unless a person goes straight to the hospital for a rape kit check. sad, but true.

Or maybe America Spectator? One of those Arkansas Project articles...

4. well, that doesn't prove what they say it does...
it only proves that both jackson and the boy touched the magazine at some point in time. Unless fingerprints have an expiration date, there's no way to say it was at the SAME time, it could have been the boy "discovering" Jackson's stash on his own...which, while still a bad thing, does not necessarily equal their conclusion, that jackson showed him the porn.

5. The position of the fingerprints and residue strongly suggests that...
they were in Jackson's bed, side by side, touching each other inappropriately.

23. It's a Larry Flynt publication
The name of the mag is something to the effect of "Barely Legal," and from what I understand it's not "all-boy."

Now, it could be that Michael showed the boy the mag in an effort to corrupt and arouse.

It could be the boy found the mag.

Or if you believe all that stuff about Michael being childlike, it could be that he was showing it to his peers, much like my buddy used to do when he swiped one of his dad's Playboys. Still doesn't make it right, but could make for a defense on this issue.

Why?

Wouldn't you want law enforcement officers to uphold the Constitution?

You know.....the part that say's "Innocent until proven guilty".

Your post makes no sense.

Oops, my bad, :spank: me.

Replied to the wrong poster. Thought you were talking to me.

Realizing that you were replying to #5. I agree with you.

But please, try to use "Democratic" in the correct places.
Just a pet peeve of mine.

Sorry again.

12. Psh.
My fingerprints got onto LOTS of porn stashes when I was still underaged--all without the owner's permission. (I'm the youngest of four brothers and a quick learner. Then there was the batch under the bathroom sink at my uncle's house, and that family friend I don't even remember any more...all heterosexual church-goin' folk, and they all had AT LEAST Playboys "hidden" somewhere.)

Wondering: why so much effort going into nailing Jackson, while the Catholic Church (finally revealed as a hypocritical decades-old international protection system for pedophiles and abusers) gets such relatively little attention?

when you are named Micheal Jackson, have been accused of child molestation before, live in freakin NEVERLAND RANCH, well then, you make DAMN sure any pornographic material stays out of the potential reach of children!

36. exactly what makes it so incredible.. for him to say he doesn't understand
why people would suspect anything amiss - years after paying 25 million to make this same accusation go away. to pretend not to understand that people would have a problem with him sleeping with boys is insane or outright bullshit. to go on tv and hold hands with a child and talk about sleeping with them? it cracks me up that people think he was set up!
if anything, he set himself up.

26. because once you get a few cops on a power trip, you'd better
watch out! Having worked closely around law enforcement in the past, I can tell you, hearsay is a brass ring if they have it in for someone.

It has always puzzled me about the Catholic Church crap, why it was so hard to crack it ...some is due to the victims taking years to come forward.

27. If two sets of fingerprints is all it takes to convict an adult ...
... then my father should have been locked away a long time ago, because I was always getting into his porn stashes. Magazines, videos, you name it. It was like I had radar.

16. it's a nice break from paying attention to the stolen election for me,
anyway. sorry if i'm a little exhausted from reading and writing letters and making phone calls about the stolen election. could not have cared less about scott peterson case really and never watch any tv shows let alone reality, but... this is a major weird one. he used to be normal and really talented, a child prodigy unlike any before him. (FYI that was before thriller when he started getting weird and less talented)
it's just a big WTF happened kind of thing. and his thriller era fans are like a weird cult or something as far as i can tell. it freaks me out.

Eric Robert Rudolph's trial has been moved from August 2004 to next year, allowing more time for preparation.

35. An in-law of mine once dated him. She thought he was normal.
So much for that theory... It was before my time. I never met him but he grew up near where I live. He was in with some jerks who moved here from somewhere else - they weren't natives - who were in a white supremecist group called Northpoint. Fortunately, the scrutiny of the FBI after Rudolph became the bombing suspect resulted in a lot of them leaving the area. Yay!

28. Remember all the storeis about Clinton?
How he was a groper, a harasser, and even worse, a rapist. Women were coming out of the woodwork to accuse him. Was he guilty of these things? I don't think so. Did some of these women want money? You bet they did. Were there other people coaching and helping these women behind the scenes? You bet there were. Now, am I saying the same thing is going on with Michael Jackson? I don't know. But I am not going to go along with the group who want to pillary the guy before he has even gone on trial and had a chance to defend himself.
