Bush warns Iran and Syria on Iraq
http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/middle_east/4100265.stm

<snip>
US President George W Bush has warned Iran and Syria not to interfere in Iraq in advance of next month's elections.

Mr Bush said he expected all of Iraq's neighbours, including Iran and Syria, to stop what he said was the flow of people and money into Iraq.

Mr Bush gave the warning after Iraq's interim Defence Minister, Hazim Shaalan, accused Iran and Syria of orchestrating terrorist attacks and branded Tehran the "most dangerous enemy of Iraq".

"We will continue to make it clear, to both Syria and Iran that, as will other nations in our coalition... that meddling in the internal affairs of Iraq is not in their interests," the US president said at a joint news conference with Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi.

2. None.
In fact, if someone were to ask Bush, "Do you realize what you just said?"

Bush would reply, "It's my country, fair and square. I bought it".

5. He's reading from the PNAC script. It all part of the plan.
After Busholini seizes his second term, the elections will fail in Iraq, the U.S. will declare war on Syria and/or Iran, and then Dumbya will apologize to America for the unforeseen need to institute the draft.

That has always been their plan. Seize all the oil, take control of the region, and force everyone to trade in dollars for oil.

6. you've really gotta wonder what they've got up their sleeves this time
the anti-Syrian/Iranian rhetoric HAD been rather quiet of late, and suddenly they're ratcheting up again. could it be they are simply setting up a scapegoat to BLAME when their election falls apart or for when THEIR hand-picked 'candidates' DON'T get elected? I'm also guessing that don't want to blame the international community, which WAS another convenient excuse waiting in the wings. the quote, uric, was something like this, "international support is ESSENTIAL (emphasis added) for the succes..."
