BALTIMORE - A security guard who worked at a development where
a series of fires burned several homes has been arrested and charged in the case, a source close to the investigation said Thursday.

Having a baby die would no doubt mess up one's thinking for a long, long time, but with my complete sympathy and aside from that...they sure aren't very choosy when it comes to security supervisors, are they? The entire year he worked for the security firm he was in a foster home where he was placed by an organization specializing in mental health treatment?
