Chocolate, wine can aid heart
A DAILY meal of seven ingredients including wine and chocolate could cut heart disease by 76 per cent, Australian researchers have found.

The diet comprising wine, fish, dark chocolate, fruit, vegetables, almonds and garlic, would also increase life expectancy by more than six years in men and five years in women.

10. Anyone see the movie 'Sleeper' (1973) - no joke on this, I'm afraid...
I think Woody Allen was right when he wrote the scene where the future-era scientists talked about cigarettes, red meat, chocolate, and so on, were found to be good for everybody.

Then consider, the future-era he wrote was a fascist state... :D

The bit about the nose is a bit too much, but I wouldn't be surprised if somebody kept Reagan's nose, or at least his snot, to clone a new version of him from...

11. Hold the almonds ...
... but I'll substitute olive oil instead (appeared to have benefits
but not as definite as the other seven).

Not too sure about the quantities they recommend though ... only 150ml
of red wine every day ? ... hey, can I trade my surplus chocolate
allowance for your red wine allowance?
:-)

17. Damn ... anybody else?
Must be some chocoholic out there who *doesn't* like red wine?

Hmmm ... maybe I should start up a trading market? (Like the ones that
people have kicked off for the CO2 emission allowances)

"DIET-EX"? "WINE-EX"? "HAM-N-EX"?

22. I've had dark, dark chocolate every day this week.
Helped my mood except for when I got on the scale.

I've also been craving wine. Does it matter which wine?

My husband and kids are going to be upset if all I serve is my favorites of fruit, veggies, wine, fish (hold the mercury, please) and chocolate.
