they just got a ruling in their favor a couple of days ago - now they are going to argue the opposite position? - I don't think so - looks like a good way to get a dismissal with prejudice - or even a contempt of court citation. 22. Republicans CANNOT get ballots from other counties tallied now...

State law says that the results for any county cannot be certified more than 3 times, which means that they can be counted once, then recounted twice.... Well, this is the 2nd recount.

They're dead in the water. The only thing they can do is appeal the election, which they will lose.
