Bush to Go Back to U.N. With Iraq Appeal
FORT STEWART, Ga. (AP)

President Bush plans to address the upcoming meeting of the U.N. General Assembly, the White House announced Friday.

In his address before the world body last year, Bush argued for international backing for the use of force against Iraq. But the U.S. effort to win support for a resolution to that effect at the U.N. failed and the resolution was dropped. ---

3. Unless the UN bellyflops like they did last time
Its about time they took a stand against the USA. And, if they don't, I believe we cannot begin to understand the power of the Bush Family Evil empire.

13. He'll get what he asks for
but only if he agrees to turn over U.S. control to the U.N. It's as simple as that.

That would make Uncle Cheney and Halliburton VERY angry.

16. What part of NO does he not understand?
It's their insatiable greed for the oil in Iraq that is killing our soldiers. They just can't let it go, can they?

17. He's gotta be desperate to go back there
Everything about the lead up to Iraq showed that they don't ask questions if the answer might be "No". They create their own information or organization to ask the question to.

Remember how they said that the US resolution meant they didn't have to despite the fact that it does and they told Congress that that was what it meant. They went to the UN and the UN had some serious questions about 1441, Negroponte was running around telling everyone that there was no "automaticity" for attack in 1441. When the missiles were found they said "Aha see we can attack now according to 1441". The UN Sec. Council members were shocked at the brazen lies and we eventually went in anyway even though 1441 says that they would meet to revisit it.

This is the MO.

18. Even as much as the U.S. needs help...
Whistle Ass doesn't so much make appeals, as issue demands. He doesn't seem to know, or care, how arrogant he appears to the world at large. That's what happens when a fairly stupid person, spoiled, lazy, and ill-mannered, gets installed as president.

He is the worst president in the history of our country. Let's vote him out...and have the votes COUNT...in 2004, and start repairing the damage done to the U.S. and world because of his actions.

21. He doesn't really want any help.
Notice how Powell has already stated, "The US will not relinquish control of Iraq". "The UN is not ready for Iraq", etc etc.

What they're really saying is, "we are not going to give up our prize".

Think of some pirates, who have a treasure submerged in about 10 feet of water. They can see it, they can almost 'feel' the gold coins in their hands. They're forced to ask for help with the excavation, but they don't really want the help. Meanwhile, their ship is sinking and the men are drowning.

This is exactly the same scenario with BushCo. They do not want the UN's help. It's only too clear by the way they phrase their statements. It's basically, "back off".

They are completely blinded to the dangers. They continue to believe that the Americans can single-handedly pull it off.

As their treasure gets pulled out by the tide....
