I have heard that the Queen has donated a "substantial" amount. Do ya think Bush will ever send a penny of his own money?

In my school playground... I was holding back thetears (I never would have lived it down if Id actually cried) but if I had forseen what was to follow I probably wouldent have been able to stop myself.

10. I think that a few minutes of global silence would be apropriate. |
|
Silence should roll across the globe like a new years cheer. I also think that it is apropriate to celebrate New Years Eve. We must always celebrate life.
What time are they planning to do this? What time did the the first wave reach land?

12. how many minutes for the dead iraqis they murdered? |
|
over a million persons during the 1990's and in the vicinity of 100,000 since march 2003 murdered by UK and US.
Hypocrits with their 3 minutes of silence. 14 years of silence is what they have given the iraqis.

We know full well that those behind the slaughter of the Iraqis won't be joining in the 3 minutes of silence. But still, there are many people over there who tried to stop this criminal war and are just as ashamed of their government as we are. Their gesture is welcome...
The war supporters- I hope they seize the opportunity to spend those 3 minutes searching their empty souls but fat chance I'm sure.
Blair and Bush will probably have a 3 minute telephone call about where to drop the next litter of cluster bombs.
14 years of silence? Kind of a low estimate seeing that they destroyed an entire civilization.
On edit: hope, we, they, all have a better new year. One with a miracle towards peace.
