Majority disapprove of Bush's Iraq policy
Despite *'s belief that by reelecting him Americans expressed support for the war on Iraq, two opinion polls published showed the opposite: the majority think the war was a mistake and disapprove of the way he is handling things in Iraq.

1. the American people want a president who doesn't give a fuck
what they think.

They proved that's what they wanted when they voted for him in Nov.

6. Sideshow Bob was right when he said:
"...deep down inside you secretly long for a cold-hearted Republican to lower taxes, brutalize criminals, and rule you like a king."

2. Well, since the majority of the votes cast, rather than the votes
counted, were against him, I'm not surprised.

4. Does that reverse the mandate?
Can we have a Presidential recall?

It seems that we've gotten a defective product on our hands that could hurt children.

If we recall bad Christmas toys, why not bad Presidents?

5. Heard this on the radio this morning and had a rage fit
WHY is he in for another 4 yrs.? Especially when his other disapproval numbers are as high as they are? Disapprove: 52%-economy, 55%-Soc. Sec., 58%-budget deficit, 54%-immigration and 51%-health care.

Those 56% who approve of his education policy need to go back to school.

Those damn freepers want to censor every piece of bad news about their president. Why are they so scared of the truth?

WHAT ARE THEY? Aside from stripping us of the right to redress grievances in court, does he HAVE a health care policy?

12. I do not understand how it is
physically possible that he was re-elected. I guess I'll just have to stick with the re-selected theory instead. Those kind of job approval ratings do not indicate a happy American Public.

So what do we do...ohh yeah that's right...nothing.

about to get sworn in for his second term. And this is his high point.

23. The majority should have voted against him, then.
And a big majority, to make it too hard to steal. They won't like his Iran war policy any more, probably a lot less.

29. This points to a huge disconnect..
Did they change their minds before the election? - because these were the #s then.

Did they change their minds after the election?

Seems to me they never changed their minds. They may in fact have only come to feel stronger that the war was a mistake and disapprove of the way Bush he is handling things.

Which suggests to me that the election was rigged. Their can hardly be a any other explaination. Fear of terror and belief in Bush's ability to combat terror does not explain it. Unless people just don't feel a sense of ownership or responsibility for the cost of the war here and in Iraq. Which in retrospect might explain it.

About this being common-sense evidence of election rigging.
