DUBAI - A group claiming to be an al Qaeda wing said in an audio tape aired on an Arab television station that they and not the followers of Saddam Hussein were behind attacks on U.S. forces in Iraq.

The tape also warned of a new anti-U.S. attack in the days to come which would "divide the back of America completely".

1. I don't know why, but this warning sent a chill down my spine!
The Bushits have so destabilized the world, I'm beginning to have horrors of end times... and I'm not even religious. Anybody else feel foreboding ....

2. I feel that this is the dissemination of yet more false information
In between the robbing of natural resources, the reconnaissance by force, dropping clusterbombs in residential areas, taking the livelyhood of Iraqis away and a host of other reasons, we have not won Iraq over. Blaming this on Al Qaeda is a copout and forbes' interests are vested so I do not trust them.

4. It's a Reuters article
It was the first link that came up on Google when I searched. I was on the MSNBC ticker right before I posted this. I've been zapping around trying to find a story on the networks besides that.

I thinks his is a slap back at the Bushies for claiming that all of the attacks have been the Saddamist's doing.

not only is this chimp begging for another terrorist attack, i wouldnt be surprised one bit if he was helping to plan one. given his desperation of late, something's gotta give.

5. while i have my doubts
the u.s. has scattered terrorists now to the four winds with all the macho big guns and tearing iraq and afghanistan to pieces.
something is going to get in under the wire.
and who knows maybe bush is still helping them.
we do have an election in 04 and people seem to be inclined to believe nasty things about our glorious leader. a small tragedy might help.
