Details of a new television ad from MoveOn.org, an online activist group, that will air on Sunday and Monday:

Supporters of the MoveOn.org political action committee raised the money for ad after asking for money via e-mails to supporters.

Schurman said the e-mail went out Thursday, and by noon on Friday he estimated they had raised $500,000.

I maxed out on donations to Dean, so now I am putting my money to other uses -- MoveOn is a great choice!

2. I don't think I cna afford to "max out"

but I did give $25.00 , getting to be a regular monthly deduction from my credit card to "Move-On" . I was a little disturbed that the democrats in Texas gave up so soon after Move-On collected the million for their cause.

I wasn't all that impressed, really. I think pocketbook issues would have been stronger all along---Enron, Bush's crappy deficit affecting states....
