over oil imports from Kuwait into Iraq.
And we also know that that
citizens of Kuwait have been detained in Guantanamo Bay.
But did you know that
KUWAIT HAS BEEN FOOTING THE ENTIRE OIL BILL FOR THIS WAR?

<snip>
"But now after the Iraqi elections ... we have to create a mechanism for payment," Energy Minister Ahmad Fahd al-Ahmad Al Sabah said.
