The House convenes at 1:00 PM.
All VOTES will be postponed until 6:30 PM.
The following measures will be considered under suspension of the rules:

The House will begin consideration of H.R. ____, the FY 2004 Supplemental Appropriations bill (debate only, no amendments).
There will be ROLLED VOTES on the following motions:
Capps Motion to Instruct Conferees on H.R. 6, the Energy bill
Crowley Motion to Instruct Conferees on H.R. 1308, the Child Tax Credit bill
Schakowsky Motion to Instruct Conferees on H.R. 1, the Medicare bill

1. The vote on Syria will show which Dems are standing for their |

Party, and for the country, and those which are in the pocket of Israel. By voting for this bill, which, BTW, is co-sponsored by a Dem, they will in effect be supporting the goals of PNAC and the Bush regime, and in doing so, be helping Bush's "re-election" efforts. Dems can no longer give blind support to Israel, Supporting the fascist government there, which full embraces Bush/PNAC, they will also, vis-a-vis their vote, be supporting more war, and death, and destruction.
Why would any Dem want to do this?
