A new television ad featuring a California woman whose son was killed in Iraq will air in Central Texas.

In the ad, Sheehan remembers her son as a "good and honest" man then asks why Bush can't "be honest" about the war in Iraq.

“You lied to us,” she says in the ad, “and because of your lies, my son died.”

In the ad, Sheehan calls on Bush to admit his mistakes, and bring the troops home now, something the President says would be a mistake.

The group Gold Star Families for Peace funded the TV ad.

to get some big time celeb donors to put some cash up for numerous Ads around the nation featuring Cindy with photos of her in front of the Crawford Cowards ranch. Maybe fit in some footage of GW in his Mission Accomplished jumper suit and some images of coffins and wounded Iraqi children.

4. I fear

That folks like Kerry will eventually turn away from Sheehan.

You know what is getting ready to happen? The propaganda ministry is going to be ratcheted up to complete and utterly discredit this women.

By the time the right gets finished with her, she will be an anti-American terrorist commie.

They will manufacture bogus lies to essentially move focus from her mission and heartfelt passion to the fact she should be sent to prison for “crimes against America.”

The Swift Boat team probably isn’t very busy. This looks like a job for those guys. But they’ll morph into “Moms of Soldiers for Truth and Justice” Or some propagandist bullshit.

So Kerry and others will have to denounce Sheehan or in the least ignore her and hope she goes away. This is what happens ANYTIME ANYONE dares to challenge the Junta.

YES, I'm apathetic. I just hope Cindy remains safe...but I believe she will be removed as a viable news option just as soon as the fascists mobilize.

6. Would it hurt to try to re-brand these folks as "Truth Seekers" or

something else that doesn't evoke 60's hippies? Not that there is anything wrong with that, but the Pugs are very good at conveying their message. I just think that we need to define what Cindy is doing. Yes, she wants the war to end, but really - she wants the truth. The truth about why we are in Iraq
