Cuts at Ford may include plants (Blue-collar jobs likely at stake, too )

Ford Motor Co. Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Bill Ford said Tuesday evening that the automaker is planning another round of cost cutting, which may include plant closures.

Now, blue-collar jobs could also be in the crosshairs.

Ford said a plan likely will be announced after the Frankfurt auto show in mid-September and "before fall gets too far away from us."
