was "distributed" inside brown paper bags to (who? and how much to each who?) in Iraq... Who's asking for ACCOUNTABILITY about that loot??

At the very least, the IRS should ask SOME questions!

It seems many taxpayers who got charged on their National cc for that blatant robbery forgot about it already. :(

Without shoring up the entire system before moving ANY water, it was only a matter of time before the heavily battered system would breach again, especially with the new added pressure of the refilled Lake Ponchertrain.
