Is this a joke from Iran trying to make Junior look more like an idiot than he is? We keep hearing about foreign fighters coming into Iraq and Iran offers to pledge 100,000 Iranians every month? I can't believe this. This has got to be a not so subtle insult.

1. I guess the point of it is contained in this statement
"Iraq contains some of the holiest shrines for Shi'ite Islam, the majority faith in Iran.''

But this sounds like a truly bizarre offer to me, as well!:shrug:
