The House will then consider:

Conference Report on H.R. 2691, the FY 2004 Interior Appropriations bill

H.R. 2443, the Coast Guard bill (open rule)

Conference Report on H.R. 2115, the Aviation bill

There will be rolled votes on the following motions:

Eddie Bernice Johnson Motion to Instruct Conferees on H.R. 6, the Energy bill
Davis (FL) Motion to Instruct Conferees on H.R. 1, the Medicare bill

The House will also consider the following motions:
