The House convenes at 10:00 AM.
The House will consider H. J. Res. 75, the Third Continuing Resolution (no amendments in order, one hour of debate).
There will also be ROLLED VOTES on the following suspension measures:
H. Con. Res. 291 H. Res. 409 H. Con. Res. 302
The House will then consider:
Conference Report on H.R. 2691, the FY 2004 Interior Appropriations bill
H.R. 2443, the Coast Guard bill (open rule)
Conference Report on H.R. 2115, the Aviation bill
There will be rolled votes on the following motions:
Eddie Bernice Johnson Motion to Instruct Conferees on H.R. 6, the Energy bill Davis (FL) Motion to Instruct Conferees on H.R. 1, the Medicare bill
The House will also consider the following motions:
Becerra Motion to Instruct Conferees on H.R. 1308, the Child Tax Credit bill Filner Motion to Instruct Conferees on H.R. 6, the Energy bill Capps Motion to Instruct Conferees on H.R. 1, the Medicare bill DeLauro Motion to Instruct Conferees on H.R. 2660, the FY 2004 Labor/HHS/Education Appropriations bill
The House MAY consider H.R. 3289, the FY 2004 Iraq/Afghanistan Supplemental Appropriations bill.
