And why aren't they using Iraq Body Count's numbers (around 7k civilian deaths as opposed to 4,000)
If you go with this estimate, that means 9k Iraqi soldiers were killed. Where are the bodies? Mass graves? I'm not buying it, since a lot of them were bought off and blended back into the country. I think the civilian count is much higher. But 40,000 injured sounds right.
