It needs to be constantly reiterated. The news organs and administration constantly make pronouncements about who's doing various things, and THEY SIMPLY DON'T KNOW. Some incidents may leave a trail, and some may be known, but many are of a mysterious origin. They're not all just baby-stomping Saddamites or wild-eyed fundies; some are probably just patriots.
