Israeli army accused of Brit murder

British journalists have uncovered fresh evidence that Israeli soldiers may have murdered a British cameraman in the occupied territories.



James Miller, 34, was killed in Rafah while making a documentary for an American cable channel.



An autopsy confirmed he was almost certainly killed by an Israeli soldier, despite the army's assertions to the contrary.



But revealing new video evidence clearly shows Miller and his team were carrying white flags and shouting to Israeli soldiers that they were British journalists.

9. Something the recent BBC investigative programme did (not on the site)

Was a reconstruction of the scene, using the same nightvision equipment that the IDF APC would have had.

What I didn't know before seeing this was that white flags when combined with a torch show up incredibly brightly on NV goggles.

That was more shocking than the actual film of the incident IMO.

5. Each day I lose more sympathy for both sides of that struggle...

Both the Israelis and Palestinians....

I'm almost at the point where I say "let them kill each other"

But I keep a certain level of "with friends like these..." attitude towards the israelis. I think we are entering something by proxy that will eventually bring our own nation down.
