says "criminalizes" not "restrictions" as the article says. This bill criminalizes any who would participate in this procedure. This will not be able to stand--Bush is signing this as if he has done a great and tremendous thing for the unborn. He, and all others who object to this procedure are really ignorant--the Religious right saw to it that people did remain uninformed about this procedure, appealed to pity, appealed to emotions, so that the facts would be obscured. The fact that it pays little heed to the health of the mother is a given--we know that these religious rightists care not for protecting a woman and her health or her rights.
