House Panel Grills HealthSouth Panel

"In my view, the overarching themes of Mr. Scrushy's indictment are greed and more greed, with a good dose of intimidation," said Rep. Jim Greenwood, R-Pa., chairman of the investigating subcommittee. He said the federal government's criminal charges against Scrushy - all 85 of them - validated the testimony heard by the same panel last month, when witnesses told of frustrated attempts to blow a whistle on the fraud and their fear of retaliation for doing so.

1. I just went to a HealthSouth location today for a test.

I hope the employees don't end up being the victims in this one too. The people at my local location were the friendliest, most professional medical personnel I think I've ever come across.
