Blast in Basra Kills at Least Four Iraqis

A bomb planted on a road in the southern Iraqi city of Basra exploded Tuesday as civilian vehicles were passing by, killing at least four Iraqis and wounding at least three, police at the scene said.
They said the blast had completely destroyed one Iraqi vehicle, killing all four occupants. Police were picking up body parts at the scene.
