Rumsfeld in East Asia to Discuss Positioning of US Forces

U.S. Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld is on his way to East Asia, saying he will discuss with allies there proposals for sweeping changes in the positioning of American forces worldwide.

In an interview with reporters on his way to Guam, Mr. Rumsfeld declined to offer specifics of the proposed changes in U.S. troop positions. He said no final decisions have been made.

Ah yes, the old 'sweeping changes but we're not saying what ploy' yet another shady deal being pushed by the neocons, that will further destabilize the world.
We really need to vote these people out of office.

that is what scares me. The have to stay on their target of invading other soverign nations in the name of US hegemony. :grr:

3. Ahhhh.....theatre. Rumsfeld dreaming up new theatres of war

and contemplating just where to place the actors. Not so much strategy as high drama.
