President Bush's approval rating continues to drop in New Jersey.

The latest Quinnipiac University poll shows the presidents approval rating continuing a downward trend that began in late spring, according to assistant survey director Clay Richards:

"For the first time the president has a negative approval rating. Forty-seven percent give him a positive approval rating but 50 percent give him a negative job approval. In April, he enjoyed a 67-29 percent positive rating."

5. Good news, - yes, but what still bothers me -

. . is that so MANY Murikkans still think Junior is "ok" and that the Iraq fiasco was justified

Da good ole USA ain't outta the fire yet

It'll take decades to repair the USA's world image to "decent"

But that takes "decent" governance

Good luck

(sigh)

8. NJ will be Blue in 2004
Even the unpopularity of McGreevey did not translate over to the legislative elections where Senate Democrats broks a tie in their favor to win control (re-redistricting anyone?).

Bush has a better chance in California (slim over there too) than he does in NJ.

9. Here's To Some 2000 Red States Going the Same Way
Here's hoping that similar disapproval ratings start occurring in the 2000 election "Red" states. While I suspect that Dubya is going to retain much of Dixie and Texas just maybe folks elsewhere will notice what Rove's SFX politik is concealing.
