Dean Says Iowa Win Could Lock Nom/ Braun lost two top campaign advisers
AMES, IOWA -- Howard Dean says if he wins the Iowa Democratic presidential caucus next January, he should win the Democratic presidential nomination.

"It's going to be hard to stop us if we win Iowa. There is no question about that," Dean told reporters Friday outside his Ames headquarters.

Democratic presidential candidate Carol Mosely Braun lost two top campaign advisers on Friday.

Kevin Lampe and Kitty Kurth, a married couple who run a Chicago consulting firm, said they gave Braun their resignations citing personal reasons.

1. Braun should drop out soon....
and wait to be appointed HUD secretary.

Dean should be less prophetic.

4. That's a bit premature
Dean may well win Iowa & New Hampshire, but the process is full of pitfalls and his exuberance is not yet justified.

That being said, I believe that he will go on to win both the nomination and the Presidency with Gen. Clark's help.

5. That sucks
if that happens, as usual California Democrats have no input into who gets the nomination. I don't care if it is Dean, Clark, Kerry, Edwards or whoever, it being decided in January leaves out awhole lot of the country from having a say. :argh:
