LONDON (Reuters) - Deadly blasts in Istanbul overshadowed President Bush (news - web sites)'s state visit to Britain on Thursday as he prepared to meet Prime Minister Tony Blair (news - web sites) for talks on Iraq (news - web sites).


Bush's entourage was speeding toward London's Westminster Abbey for a solemn wreath-laying ceremony as the first pictures of bodies and mangled wreckage on the streets of Istanbul appeared on TV.
