URGENT: Pakistan bans three more extremist organizations

ISLAMABAD, Nov. 20 (Xinhuanet) -- The Pakistani government on Thursday banned three more extremist organizations.

The organizations are Jamiat-ul-Ansar, Hizb-ul-Tahreer and Jamat-ul-Furqan, according to a report of the official news agency Associated Press of Pakistan (APP).

The Pakistani Interior Ministry told the APP that the outfits had been proscribed under powers conferred by the Anti Terrorism Act.

3. I get confused when Bush talks about 'dictators'...

and how every country must be a democracy (or else) and then I look at Pakistan - one of our 'allies'. Whole frikkin' thing makes me head hurt.
